Appointment upgrades are paid on the day of your appointment, and VIP Appointments need to be paid before your appointment by ringing us on 01603 630 483. Appointment refunds are only available if canceled at least 48 hours before the appointment. You can move your paid deposit to another date as long as you give 48hrs notice. No children or babies are allowed in-store. PLEASE NOTE: When scheduling a Prom Appointment, you must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older. This appointment is for you alone and will last one hour. Unfortunately, additional individuals will not be able to try on prom dresses during this 1 hour slot, they will need to book a separate appointment.
